Delivery of goods in a timely, accurate and safe standard is of key focus to Big Locker. We aim to have orders delivered within 5 working days or sooner when possible.
If you experience a delivery problem please contact us so we can track your order to ensure delivery is completed as soon as possible. If you discover goods are damaged in transit or or incorrect quantities delivered please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve the issue.
Most goods supplied will be shipped flat packed to minimise freight costs. Goods requiring assembly will be noted within product description this includes balls which are supplied deflated unless detailed.

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If your order is fulfilled incorrectly (eg. wrong items or defective product) we will pay the return shipping costs and replace the item. If a replacement product is not an option an alternative product of the same or higher quality will be offered when this is not possible either a store credit or a full refund will be offered.
You should expect to receive your refund within 9 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
