How to Order?
We have made the process to order from Big Locker as simple as possible. The great news is you can order items any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Follow these steps to place your order;
Step 1: Browse the website and select add to cart for those items that you wish to purchase.
Step 2: Click "Proceed to Checkout" button to proceed to the checkout screen.
Step 3: Enter your delivery destinations suburb and postcode then click calculate freight.
Step 4: Select your preferred shipping option.
Step 5: Click on "Buy Now"
Step 6: Log into your account, create a new account or select guest checkout.
Step 7: Confirm your details.
Step 8: Select your payment method and enter details.
Step 9:Tick the "I agree with the terms and conditions" check box (Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to agreeing)
Step 10: Click "Pay Now "
Step 11:View or download your order summary.(A copy of your order confirmation will be emailed to you by default)
Step 10: Your Done.. (Expert Tip - to speed up your order next time register a New Account so the site will remember your details).
View & Track Order
All orders are dispatched from www.biglocker.co.nz via various New Zealand courier companies.
If you would like to obtain your tracking number please call BIG LOCKER Customer Service on 0800 244 562 or email the team at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have your order number you can track your parcel by checking your email. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system before attempting to track your parcel.
Change or Cancel Order
If you would like to remove an item from your order, or if you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 244 562, or email the team at: email@example.com.
When communicating with our Customer Service Team please ensure you quote your order reference number.
