It may sound obvious that a Dual Grip Ball allows you to train one handed rather than needing to hold the ball constantly with two hands, opening up endless possibilities for training the body through all three of its planes of motion - sagittal, frontal and transverse.

The 8kg weighted rubber ball has deep handles moulded in to its sides with its mass balanced in the centre to enable you to use it both single and double handed. There are numerous exercises that can be performed using the ball. As one example, hold the ball in one hand, stand with your feet apart and swing the ball from hip height across your body to shoulder height then quickly drive it back down to the start position, keep going and if you so wish - add intensity, a squat and a jump at the bottom and top of the movement.

The adidas 100% heavy duty rubber medicine ball is designed to move at speed and that means you will be generating inertia - the taller you are the more you will create when you swing the ball, making the actual weight of the ball feel like it is 3-4 times heavier than it really is.

Available in varying weights, the medicine ball also features a flat edge for floor-based exercises, ensuring the ball doesn't roll away from you during your workout. Plus, its textured surface provides added comfort for a full-on med ball routine.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery of goods in a timely, accurate and safe standard is of key focus to Big Locker. We aim to have orders delivered within 5 working days or sooner when possible.

Most goods supplied will be shipped flat packed to minimise freight costs. Goods requiring assembly will be noted within product description this includes balls which are supplied deflated unless detailed.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your order is fulfilled incorrectly (eg. wrong items or defective product) we will pay the return shipping costs and replace the item. If a replacement product is not an option an alternative product of the same or higher quality will be offered when this is not possible either a store credit or a full refund will be offered.

You should expect to receive your refund within 9 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
