Aero Sweep

The simple and effective way to groom your court surface. The aero sweep will remove foreign debris such as leaves, sticks, stones and worm castings and at the same time the gentle grooming action of the aero sweep will be beneficial to your courts surface. By regularly using the aero sweep you will cut back on expensive court maintainence. The aero sweep is for use on all court surfaces including synthetic grass, plexi pave, clay, asphalt and grass. It is quick and easy to use, is maintainence free and can be left at the side of the court for easy access.

How to Use the Aero Sweep

The secret to using the aero sweep is to walk briskly over the court surface and to remove the leaves and debris from the aero sweep often. Before starting ensure your aero sweep is right side up, do not worry that the front row of the aero sweep does not touch the ground, it is designed this way. It is more efficient to start in areas of least debris and finish in the more heavily soiled areas. Shake off leaves from aero sweep as they collect into a receptacle or suitable removal point. To remove debris from the aero sweep hold the bar and shake the debris from the sweep. You may need to go over the court surface several times in different directions if the court surface is heavily littered.

Note: When aero sweep is first unpacked from its carton lay the aero sweep right side up on a flat surface for 24 hours to remove any folding caused from packaging.

To care for your Aero Sweep always leave it laying flat on a flat surface If it does become kinked it will not work as effectively. However you can rectify any kinking by leaving it ina flat position in a warm place

Delivery of goods in a timely, accurate and safe standard is of key focus to Big Locker. We aim to have orders delivered within 5 working days or sooner when possible.

If you experience a delivery problem please contact us so we can track your order to ensure delivery is completed as soon as possible. If you discover goods are damaged in transit or or incorrect quantities delivered please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve the issue.

Most goods supplied will be shipped flat packed to minimise freight costs. Goods requiring assembly will be noted within product description this includes balls which are supplied deflated unless detailed.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your order is fulfilled incorrectly (eg. wrong items or defective product) we will pay the return shipping costs and replace the item. If a replacement product is not an option an alternative product of the same or higher quality will be offered when this is not possible either a store credit or a full refund will be offered.

You should expect to receive your refund within 9 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
