Please note, the plastic curved lenses take some adjustment if you haven't worn them before, and also, unlike tempered glass lenses which are pretty much bomb-proof, plastic lenses can be scratched easily so it's recommended to make use of the protective storage box in your gear bag. NEVER scrub these masks out with toothpaste like you would a glass lense, the reason this works for glass is because toothpaste cleans the glass with abrasion and it will scratch your plastic lenses up immediately.
The mask comes with a factory applied anti-fog coating on the inside of the lenses, try not to touch the lenses with anything or rub them in order to keep this coating intact. When it eventually wears off, some people may have issues with mask-fogging (possibly people with hotter faces than others? a future research subject). Professional diving mask anti-fog solutions can then be used as long as they are smooth gels and won't scratch the plastic (check manufacturers specs if unsure). Another method is to use drops of "no more tears" baby shampoo, which work as an anti-fog and don't irritate the eyes. (some people use dishwashing detergent but don't get that on your eyeballs!)

Delivery of goods in a timely, accurate and safe standard is of key focus to Big Locker. We aim to have orders delivered within 5 working days or sooner when possible.
If you experience a delivery problem please contact us so we can track your order to ensure delivery is completed as soon as possible. If you discover goods are damaged in transit or or incorrect quantities delivered please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve the issue.
Most goods supplied will be shipped flat packed to minimise freight costs. Goods requiring assembly will be noted within product description this includes balls which are supplied deflated unless detailed.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If your order is fulfilled incorrectly (eg. wrong items or defective product) we will pay the return shipping costs and replace the item. If a replacement product is not an option an alternative product of the same or higher quality will be offered when this is not possible either a store credit or a full refund will be offered.
You should expect to receive your refund within 9 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
